General Aviation
Aircraft Storage and Tie Downs
- Imperial County Airport provides parking for all General Aviation (GA) aircraft. Tie down anchor points are provided throughout the GA ramps, however, tie down ropes/chains are not provided by the Airport.
- The Airport leases 24 GA aircraft T-hangars, 10 T-hangar end "offices" and 10 shade hangars all located within the perimeter fencing of the facility. All units are non-climate controlled.
Standard Rates and Charges
- Rent is due on the first of each month, payable in advance. Rental payments received beyond the first (1st) day of each month shall be deemed late and subject to late fee(s).
- Annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) rent increase
- T-Hangar, Rows A, B, C, D and E : $255.77 / month each
- Shade Hangars: $127.88 / month
- T-Hangar End Offices: $55.17 / month
